Nearly 20-30 kyrs before, the glacier advanced up to the Ganglas village. This village is present at a distance of ~10 km from the present snout of the Puche Glacier. In the pictures below, the latero-frontal moraine (a typical depositional feature of a glacier) is beautifully preserved near the Ganglas village.
